Capacity Development for Facilitating Palestinian Trade

This projects aims to revitalizing and developing the Palestinian trade sector and the entire economy through serving the triple purpose of targeting the oPt’s overland transport and trade logistics chain’s weakest links; shifting ongoing trade facilitation efforts from security issues to ensuring the secure flow of Palestinian trade; and, helping Palestinian traders address their skills and knowledge shortfalls, in addition to Contribute to establishing measures that ensure the secure and uninterrupted flow of Palestinian trade both within the oPt and across main border points, and fostering national institutional capacities and structures for providing continuous training and advisory services to Palestinian traders.

Trade Corridors Facilitation Project

The Trade Corridors Facilitation project aims to promote and facilitate the use of alternative trade corridors by Palestinian trade. It focuses on neighboring Arab countries in an attempt to improve market access and provide an alternative to the high costs of Israeli routes.

Trade Information Center – Trade Facilitation Project

The Trade information Center is a project that aims at introducing a trade information portal that can be a primary source of consistent, reliable, and up - to - date information on a variety of trade related issues.

Palestinian Roundtables / Logistics – Analysis & Recommendations

The Palestinian Roundtables project aims at conducting a series of round table discussions related to trade facilitation - logistics to gather comprehensive research and information through the involvement of various stakeholders in each roundtable and then to provide decision makers and other key parties with the findings and policy recommendations.

Training of Trainers: Supply chain program, Advanced Import & Export

Training of Trainers program aims to create an infrastructure of well-trained Palestinian professionals ("trainers") who have up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the field of import, export and international trade.
