PSC launches the Professional Training Program in Supply Chain Management

The Palestinian Shippers' Council in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education - Birzeit University, launched the “Supply Chain Management” training program, on May 25th 2014.

This program, which is part of the Capacity Building for Facilitating Palestinian Trade project, is in partnership with the Ministry of National Economy, and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and with funding from the Canadian government, and aims at raising the awareness and enhancing the efficiency of importers and exporters in Supply Chain Management, improving the quality of services provided to traders, reducing costs, and shortening the time consumption in foreign trade.

PSC will offer this program at least once a year, for a period of six months, by specialized trainers in Arabic, using adult learning methods, and study tours to ports, warehouses and other related locations.
