Module 2: Commercial Procedures

This module covers the start of a business; the buy/ sell process, through which contracts of purchase and sale, their components and legality are to be discussed. Later, international trade terms (Inco terms) will be addressed, highlighting the way to choose the appropriate term for a specific transport process and defining risks, responsibilities and cost. The module ends by discussing the various common payment methods with a focus on credit as payment method approved by international trade parties.
