Legal Support

The Legal Unit was created in order to meet the legal needs of the PSC members and helping them solve any legal issue related to their trade activities in an effective and less expensive way. The legal unit works hardly to adopt major trade problems that the Palestinian shippers are facing to advocate their rights by representing them before local, regional and international courts and forums. The main goal of the legal unit is to provide a legal service to the PSC members that will lead them to practice more efficient, quick, less expensive business, and to help them overcome all the legal or legal related obstacles. In addition to the important legal documents and information, the legal unit offers the PSC members a various kinds of legal services that members can take advantage of such as:

The legal unit is composed up of a group of experienced local lawyers and legal experts and consultants who are working hard to provide the best legal services to the PSC members.
